Favorite wools

I love rustic looking wools, especially the stiffer kinds that are easy to felt and give a primitive look to my dolls. I especially like them for my Teddies which are meant to compliment an eclectic kind of decor, or modern rustic children's room. I have been buying my wools from Seinfelt on Etsy. They come from Belgium. Here are some that I currently am using and some examples of what I have made with them. You can see the difference between these wools and my softer wools which felt very closely and give a smoother look. "Wooly" the Mammoth, was made using 1 lb of wool, Russian Camel hair
Some other sculptures that I have made from these particular wools are these Teddies and some primitive looking bunnies. I am awaiting a shipment of several pounds of this wool in different natural colors and will be making more of this style.
